How it works

Within 30 days of your purchase, send an email to beavibesdigital@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. Use the subject line "Refund request" — that's it.

What happens next

We process the refund through Shopify back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Conditions

Because this is a digital product, you do not need to return anything. We ask only that the request be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. One refund per customer.
